Client Services Manager- Events & Activations

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Client Services Manager to lead client relationships, drive sales strategy , and deliver impactful events and brand activations . The role requires strong expertise in client servicing, sales pitches, and integrated marketing campaigns . Key Responsibilities: Manage client servicing & key account management to ensure long-term relationships Drive sales strategy, lead generation, and revenue growth Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, pitch decks, and proposals Handle proposal making, negotiation, and client acquisition Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL / BTL activities Lead digital + on-ground activations, brand promotions, and consumer engagement Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution Bring innovative marketing ideas to enhance brand experiences Requirements: Experience in event management / brand activation / experiential marketing Strong skills in sales pitch presentations, negotiation, and client handling Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth Expertise in pitch deck creation, proposal making, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills JOB LOCATION - Ballygunge near Gariahat , KOLKATA Any query Connect at 6292200555 / 9051463021 (between official hours 11 am - 8 pm )
