About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Customer Growth to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its customer relationships. This executive will be at the forefront of how the company engages with and builds lasting connections to its customers, particularly as it expands from a financial guidance platform into a financial services provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy of customer communications across various owned channels, with a focus on creating a cohesive and personalized experience.
This includes setting the vision for each channel, building the necessary infrastructure for data-driven and automated engagement, and driving measurable growth in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. The role also involves a key leadership position in the go-to-market strategy for new financial products, leveraging the company's trusted brand and audience. Applicants for the VP, Customer Growth role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in growth, marketing, customer engagement, data, or related fields, with a strong background in consumer fintech, financial services, or a closely related digital business.
The role requires deep expertise in owned-channel strategy, data architecture, segmentation, personalization, and automation, as well as a proven track record of driving customer growth through multi-channel programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating with GM-level accountability, a strong analytical foundation, and the ability to lead effectively across a matrixed organization.
