About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative & Finance Officer (CAFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CAFO will be a key figure in aligning strategy, operations, financial stewardship, and organizational performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the vision set by the leadership is effectively executed, with a focus on accountability and measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and will be responsible for integrating people, processes, and resources to enhance operational effectiveness and mission impact. Candidates for the CAFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in healthcare finance, operations, or executive management is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in FQHC, community health centers, or nonprofit healthcare organizations.

The role demands a leader with a proven track record in organizational transformation, strategic planning, and operational initiatives, as well as advanced financial management and business analytics skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FQHC reimbursement methodologies, HRSA compliance, and experience in leading budgets exceeding $20 million. Strong communication, relationship-building, and a commitment to servant leadership in a faith-based healthcare ministry are essential.
