Change With Saurabh is looking for an energetic and empathetic Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability) who can become the daily connection between our clients and their transformation journey.

What will you do?

• Connect with clients daily through WhatsApp and occasional calls

• Review meal pictures, daily routine and diet adherence

• Motivate clients and keep them accountable towards their goals

• Understand why a client is struggling and help them get back on track

• Appreciate progress while knowing when a client needs an extra push

• Identify low motivation, poor adherence or disengagement early

• Coordinate with our Dietitians whenever nutritional/clinical intervention is required

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to better retention & results

Who are we looking for?

Psychology / Counselling / Nutrition / Home Science / Wellness background preferred

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage

🧠 Strong understanding of human behaviour, motivation and different personality types

❤️ Empathetic, positive and patient—but confident enough to hold clients accountable

Comfortable managing multiple WhatsApp conversations and follow-ups systematically

☎️ Comfortable speaking with clients over calls when required

You DON'T need to be a hardcore salesperson.

We need someone who genuinely enjoys communicating with people, understands their mindset and can motivate them towards becoming a better version of themselves.
