THE OPPORTUNITY As a Client Manager / Recruiter , you’ll be at the forefront of our business, connecting companies with exceptional talent while building meaningful client relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Drive New Business : Identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, social media, and referrals · Build Strong Partnerships : Develop long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and challenges · Deliver Talent Solutions : Partner with recruiters to source and present top-tier candidates · Own the Process : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to final offer · Ensure Quality Matches : Interview and assess candidates to ensure both skill and culture fit · Create Exceptional Experiences : Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates at every step · Stay Ahead of the Market : Leverage industry insights to position our services competitively · Stay Organized : Keep accurate records using CRM tools to manage pipelines and opportunities WHAT YOU BRING · 3–5+ years in agency staffing (BD or 360 / full-desk experience preferred) · Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly · An entrepreneurial results-driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding targets · Experience in one or more verticals (Tech, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Operations etc.) as a Client Manager developing business or a Recruiter managing searches for professionals to fill open roles · High motivation and comfort working in a performance-based, 100% commission-only environment · Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools · Professionalism, integrity, and accountability · A degree is great, but your drive and results matter more WHAT YOU GET · Unlimited earning potential up to 80% commission - no caps, no ceilings · The freedom to control YOUR income and growth · Access to industry-leading tools, training, and support PERKS AND BENEFITS · Flexible schedule + remote work freedom (this is a 100% home based role) · Access to a strong network of clients and professionals · Ongoing training and career development · Recognition and rewards for top performers · A direct link between your effort and your income READY TO LEVEL UP?
