You should have over three years of specialized experience in HR operations and be proficient in HRIS applications like Gusto and Justworks. Your primary tasks will include building scenarios for employee inquiries and leave determinations that align with regulatory standards, and ensuring comprehensive documentation for every situation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop employee inquiry scenarios and benefits questions • Construct onboarding and offboarding lifecycle checklists • Engage with HRIS to manage data updates and enrollments • Design HR work scenarios focused on eligibility outcomes • Create engaging scenarios requiring strategic focus Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years in HR operations or related fields • Extensive experience with HRIS tools and leave management • Ability to articulate policy and HR correspondence clearly • Experience with draft HR documentation and change forms • Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP or PHR Utilize your HR operations expertise to transform workflows at Mercor as you facilitate HRIS and employee performance scenarios. #J-18808-Ljbffr
