Role Description The Client Care Manager Louth is a full-time, on-site role based in Drogheda responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality homecare services to clients in the Louth area. This role involves managing client care plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring that services align with individual needs and preferences.
The Client Care Manager will coordinate with caregivers and office staff, monitor service quality, handle client feedback and concerns, and maintain accurate documentation and records. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling visits, supporting staff with client-related queries, liaising with families and external healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The position requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement in care standards.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage care plans, build trust, and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to respond to concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a consistently positive client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
- Experience in healthcare, social care, or homecare management, with knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Leadership and team coordination experience, with the ability to support, mentor, and guide caregiving staff.
- Proficiency with basic office software and care management systems; willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Relevant qualification in health, social care, nursing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
