Client Associate (Inside Sales)
The Mather Group is seeking a motivated Client Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll drive business growth through daily outreach to prospective clients, articulating TMG’s comprehensive wealth management services and fiduciary commitment. The position centers on prospect engagement, business development, relationship building, and supporting prospective clients through the financial planning process while developing expertise in comprehensive wealth management.

Role Responsibilities
- Calling prospective clients daily to articulate TMG's value proposition and fiduciary approach to wealth management.
- Driving organic growth by scheduling meetings for the Business Development Advisory Team and support throughout TMG's business development process.
- Gathering information and building financial plans for prospective clients using MoneyGuidePro's financial planning software
- Create collateral and deliverables for the Business Development team to present to prospective clients.
- Learning all facets of TMG's technology platforms and integrations.
- Collaborate with the Advisory and Marketing Team on client referrals/inbound leads.
- Ensuring professional development through ongoing education and participation in Wealth Management knowledge-sharing and training opportunities.
- Assisting with firmwide projects, as requested.
Required Experience
- 1 year of professional experience in the Financial Services industry
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in Financial Planning, Business, or Communications
- Strong business development aptitude with demonstrated success building relationships and generating opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A motivated, self-starter looking for a place to grow your career.

- Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus
