Cleaning a luxury hotel in Pobierowo (W/M/NB)

Position: Cleaner (W/M/NB)
Place of work: Pobierowo (on the Baltic Sea coast)
Place of residence: Pobierowo

Employment:

• Official, based on a mandate contract.

Remuneration:

• Guaranteed rate: PLN 32,00 (gross)/hour.

Payments:Regularly on the 10th day of each month.

Responsibilities:

1) Hall areas – cleaning common hotel areas

Employees are responsible for cleanliness and order in the common areas of the hotel. Work is performed manually and with professional cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities:

• cleaning corridors, staircases, elevators, halls, and reception area;
• washing floors and vacuuming carpets;
• cleaning mirrors, glass surfaces, and handrails;
• cleaning and disinfecting public toilets;
• preparing and cleaning conference rooms after events;
• taking out garbage and replacing trash bags;
• refilling paper, soap, and hygiene products;
• manually transporting carts with linen, garbage, or cleaning products.

2) Tropikana – aquapark cleaning

Work related to maintaining cleanliness in humid aquapark and SPA areas.

Responsibilities:

• washing floors near pools and water attractions;
• cleaning changing rooms, showers, saunas, and bathrooms;
• disinfecting surfaces with special cleaning products;
• collecting and taking out garbage;
• constant monitoring of floor dryness for guest safety;
• cleaning loungers, handrails, doors, and other surfaces;
• refilling hygiene materials;
• using professional cleaning chemicals and equipment.

3) HSK – hotel room cleaning (Housekeeping)

Employees perform full cleaning of hotel rooms after guest check-out or during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• changing bed linen and towels;
• making beds according to hotel standards;
• vacuuming and washing floors;
• cleaning bathrooms and disinfecting sanitary facilities;
• wiping furniture, TVs, mirrors, and other surfaces;
• refilling cosmetics, toilet paper, water, and other supplies;
• checking room condition after guest departure;
• reporting damages or missing items;
• working with hotel carts for linen and cleaning supplies.

Work schedule:

• Hotel areas: 3 shifts of 8 hours
• TROPIKANA and HSK: 12-hour shifts in 2 shifts system

Accommodation:

• Comfortable accommodation with all necessary amenities
• 3–4 people per room
• Accommodation cost: 800 zł/month (deducted from salary)
• Bed linen and dishes must be your own

Transport:

• Workplace within walking distance from accommodation (20–30 minutes)

Additional information:

• Own work clothes required until 06.06 (after that uniform and shoes will be provided)
• Lockers for personal belongings available on site
• Work in high humidity conditions (Tropikana)
• Ability to use basic devices such as an iron and vacuum cleaner
• Contact with chemical cleaning products

Start of work:

Within 2–3 days after arrival.
