Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient talent acquisition management activities across Europe. You will partner closely with lead recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience and smooth execution of recruitment processes. This role is well suited to someone with strong administrative and coordination skills, combined with a passion for people and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple European countries, managing complex calendars and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient coordination and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with applicant tracking system (ATS) administration, including interview scheduling, data management, and status updates to support accurate reporting and compliance.
- Help build and maintain talent pools and talent pipelines to address current and future hiring needs across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with lead recruiters on strategic recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with reporting, dashboard preparation, recruitment analytics, and continuous process improvement projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring recruitment activities are well organized, documented, and executed efficiently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, team administration, secretarial support, or a related role, preferably within corporate, construction, engineering, or multinational organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
- Comfortable working in multicultural and multinational teams, building effective relationships with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
- High attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We are offering an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, with the possibility of extension.
