What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus!) 3–7 years of site/civil design experience in land development or construction.

Proficiency in Civil 3D , AutoCAD, and site design software. Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and municipal permitting . Excellent communication and project management skills—your ability to coordinate is key!
