The role

As a Civil Designer, you will:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D, including land development, subdivisions, road infrastructure, and stormwater drainage, sewer, and water systems
• Interpret and apply design requirements across State and Local Government standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, landscaping)
• Engage with clients to understand project needs and contribute to successful outcomes

About You

• Proven experience as a Civil Designer across urban, land development, and subdivision projects
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or design
• Strong proficiency in 12D software
• Working knowledge of local authority and state approval processes
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development
