The successful candidate will work with a dedicated team to manage all aspects of museum fundraising, including campaign fundraising, board of directors fundraising, individual major gifts, annual fundraising, corporate fundraising, government fundraising, and donor engagement. The role is pivotal in advancing the mission of the museum, which is committed to preserving and celebrating the histories and cultures of LGBTQ+ communities. The Chief of Development will have the opportunity to establish the museum as a significant cultural institution, both locally and nationally, and must be prepared to take on the challenge of scaling the development program in line with the organization's values and goals.
