About Company / Opportunity
Fast-growing, founder-led burger concept that has built a strong following through a simple, high-quality product and an authentic neighborhood identity. Since launching in 2021, the brand has grown from a single New York City location to 30+ restaurants across multiple East Coast markets, with an aggressive expansion plan underway.
The company has developed genuine cultural momentum by staying connected to street culture, sports, music, nightlife, and local communities. With significant growth ahead, this is an opportunity to join a brand that is still entrepreneurial and hands-on while having enough scale and visibility to make a major impact.
The next phase is focused on building brand awareness, driving same-store sales, creating standout local marketing, and developing a repeatable playbook for new-market expansion. This is a highly visible leadership role where marketing will have a direct connection to restaurant traffic, sales, and long-term brand growth.
This is a high-impact VP Marketing / CMO opportunity for a fast-growing, culturally relevant restaurant brand entering its next stage of expansion. The role will own the full marketing function, with a heavy emphasis on brand building, organic social, local-store marketing, partnerships, PR, and driving measurable restaurant sales.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. The ideal leader will be hands-on, highly creative, culturally connected, and comfortable executing in the fieldβfrom developing a viral social campaign to leading a grand opening or building a neighborhood partnership strategy.
Over the first 12β18 months, the focus will be on personally building the marketing playbook, proving what works, and creating repeatable strategies that can scale across new markets. The successful candidate will have significant ownership and direct access to senior leadership, with marketing performance ultimately measured by same-store sales, transaction frequency, successful new-store launches, brand awareness, and earned attention that converts into traffic.
