About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Business Operations to join their dynamic, growth-oriented healthcare environment. The CFO will be a senior operational finance leader, responsible for driving financial performance, discipline, and value creation across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in translating operational strategy into scalable financial results and will involve owning the full financial lifecycle, including FP&A, financial statement interpretation, and advising on key operating metrics.
The successful candidate will also be tasked with budgeting, projections, and ad hoc forecasting, with a strong emphasis on margin optimization and performance visibility. Candidates for the CFO, Business Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in multi-site healthcare services, is required.
The role demands deep FP&A expertise, a strong operational and unit economics orientation, and a proven ability to partner with operations leaders and influence outcomes at the executive and board level. The CFO will be expected to lead a high-performing finance organization, develop talent, and champion process standardization and financial system maturity. The position is a critical one, with the CFO serving as a thought partner to the COO and influencing a large workforce and significant revenue.
