This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic general contractor based in South Florida and become the leader for their Pre-construction team. The company currently does around $20M annually, with projects ranging from $1M-$10M and are growing nicely due to a great reputation and how they treat both their clients and employees. They mainly operate in the healthcare sector and do both ground up and interior projects.

They are very well respected in the industry as the leadership and ownership of this general contractor truly are high quality people that know what they are doing. Strictly due to growth, they need to hire a Chief Estimator to their team. 10+ years experience in estimating /preconstruction working for a general contractor or specialty contractor Experience estimating healthcare projects a plus, but not required. Must be an excellent communicator and enjoy building long-term relationships in the industry
