Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a JEE/NEET Chemistry Teacher. Unlike batch coaching, each session is personalized to one student's pace, gaps, and exam target. The teacher runs live 1:1 sessions, builds a personalized study plan based on diagnostic results, tracks progress and adjusts pacing, and provides targeted problem-solving practice for JEE/NEET-style questions.

Qualifications

• Strong personal foundation in JEE/NEET level Chemistry (a strong JEE/NEET rank or equivalent competitive exam background is a plus)
• At least 2+years of experience teaching Chemistry specifically for JEE/NEET or an equivalent competitive exam
• Having taught at a reputed coaching institute is a plus
• Comfort teaching 1:1 rather than to a batch, with the ability to adapt pace and approach per student
• Strong lesson-planning skills, with the ability to diagnose gaps and build a personalized study plan
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially for one-on-one engagement
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with online teaching tools (
• Professional teaching certification is a plus
