About the Role

\n

\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant to support our finance operations. The role will provide hands-on exposure to financial reporting, taxation, audits, MIS, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis .

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
\n
• Support internal and statutory audits by coordinating documentation, schedules, and financial data.
\n
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
\n
• Perform financial and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
\n
• Manage and support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances .
\n
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports .
\n
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
\n
• Coordinate with internal departments, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
\n
• Monitor changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
\n

Candidate Profile:

\n

\n

\n
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
\n
• Articleship completed with a reputed CA firm or corporate organization.
\n
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
\n
• Good working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation .
\n
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally .
\n
• Exposure to SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n
• Minimum experience of 2-5 years is required
\n
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
\n
• High level of ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn.
\n
