Senior Manager / AVP – Finance & Accounts Location: Bangalore (with travel to estates) Experience: 10–15 years Role Overview: Looking for a finance leader to drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and partner with business teams to improve profitability and efficiency across plantation operations. Key Responsibilities: • Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting • Cost control, MIS & profitability analysis • Statutory compliance & audits (GST, Income Tax) • Cash flow & working capital management • Oversee payments, payroll & estate transactions • Drive process improvements, automation & ERP systems • Financial oversight of multi-location estate operations • Stakeholder management & team leadership Requirements: ✔ Strong FP&A, accounting & compliance expertise ✔ Experience in end-to-end finance operations ✔ Leadership & business partnering skills ✔ ERP/Tally + Advanced Excel ✔ Plantation / manufacturing / multi-location exposure preferred ✔ CA / CPA preferred Interested candidates can share their profiles to
