Join Schneider Electric Canada and help us drive growth across the Residential, Commercial, and Industry markets. We’re seeking a motivated Channel Sales Representative (CSR) to support our Home and Commercial Solutions division. You will lead strategic execution within assigned channel partners and help strengthen our presence in key markets.
What will you do: Business Relationship & Market Growth Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned Channel Partners. Drive topline results, market share, and pricing priorities within the electrician customer segment. Oversee daily transactional business and ensure performance targets are met.
Strategic Execution Design and execute commercial action plans and animation strategies for Channel Partners and electricians. Define business plans with distributors and lead monthly business reviews. Deploy key marketing initiatives including digitization, e‑commerce, specialization programs, and training programs.
Operational Excellence Track and report results using Salesforce, BFO, CRM, and other internal tools. Manage marketing budgets and report progress. Define and execute distributor associate programs, training, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
Market Insights & Collaboration Provide competitive insights and support cross‑functional alignment with Marketing and Business Development. Ensure successful product launches and facilitate professional customer service and conflict resolution. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

University/College/Technical School graduate or equivalent 3–5 years of sales experience Electrical and/or lighting industry background/experience Must have sound knowledge of Channel/Distribution/Industry business model, processes and operations Possess strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to effectively influence, collaborate, and lead others, negotiation and problem‑solving skills Ability to travel up to 50% within Eastern Ontario and Sudbury region Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for this full‑time position, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive, is $81,600–$122,400 for candidates who are Ontario residents.
Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
