Job Description Job Description Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst Pay rate: $45-$60/hr Contract Term: Up to 12 months, with potential for extension Work Arrangement Standard hours: 8:15 AM β 4:30 PM Primarily remote with occasional in-office attendance in Alberta as required Remote work must be performed within Canada Role Overview A public-sector organization is undergoing a major modernization of its regulatory framework, transitioning from several disconnected legacy platforms to a unified digital regulatory system. As part of this initiative, support is required for organizational change activities tied to multiple system releases. The role focuses on ensuring both internal teams and external stakeholders are well prepared for upcoming digital and process changes.
The successful individual will need to quickly absorb complex information and translate it into clear, practical deliverables that support adoption and understanding. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will support planning and execution of change activities across several release cycles. This includes contributing to both internal and external change strategies, helping ensure stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and supported throughout implementation.
Working closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholder groups, the role supports communications, training, and engagement efforts that enable successful adoption of new systems, updated processes, and evolving ways of working. Key Responsibilities Support the design and delivery of change management strategies across multiple system releases. Develop, coordinate, and maintain internal and external communications, including messaging and stakeholder materials.
Track adoption indicators, stakeholder feedback, user inquiries, and resistance trends, and support follow-up actions. Identify gaps in readiness, training, or communications and help address them through targeted change activities. Lead post-release feedback collection and analysis to evaluate user experience and adoption impact.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations and improvement plans to strengthen ongoing adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change activities, project timelines, and overall program objectives. Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and refining change approaches across releases.
Required Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in a related field Change management certification (PROSCI or CCMP) Required Experience 5+ years in communications and stakeholder presentations at multiple levels 5+ years developing change management deliverables (e.g., change strategies) 5+ years of written and verbal communication experience 3+ years translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences 3+ years facilitating change initiatives 3+ years defining and tracking change success metrics 3+ years managing stakeholder and leadership relationships 3+ years supporting business and IT communication initiatives 3+ years managing multiple initiatives under tight deadlines If you meet the qualifications, please feel free to send your resume and cover letter to [email protected] to be considered.
