Job Description
Support a major finance transformation through change, training, communications and user adoption. This large South Australian organisation is undertaking a significant finance transformation program to replace a long-standing Financial Management System with a modern enterprise platform and standardised business processes. The program will deliver substantial changes to how finance services are performed, creating an opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to support stakeholder readiness, adoption, and successful business transition.

As Change Analyst, you will support the delivery of organisation-wide change activities associated with the implementation of a new Financial Management System. Working closely with the Change Management and Training team, you will help ensure stakeholders are prepared for change through effective impact assessments, communications, training, and engagement initiatives.
- Undertaking change impact assessments and reviews across impacted stakeholder groups.
- Supporting the implementation of change strategies and associated change management tools.
- Developing communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Facilitating workshops and consultation sessions to assess impacts and identify appropriate interventions.
- Building strong relationships across project teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Providing change management advice and recommendations to support informed decision‑making.
- Evaluating adoption outcomes and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Supporting the successful deployment of a new financial management platform and future ways of working.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience applying change management methodologies, tools, and techniques within complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and document change impacts.
- Experience developing communication, engagement, and training materials.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced project environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder consultation.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs, ERP implementations, or business process change initiatives will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to finance systems, Oracle platforms, or public sector environments will be advantageous.
