Administer prescribed medications to patients and maintain medical records under the supervision of a nurse Verify identity of patient receiving medication and record the name of drug, and time of administration on specified forms or database Present medication to patient and observe ingestion or other application, or administer medication using specified procedures Record and restock medication inventories Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor Must be 18 years or older Training of medication administration Minimum 1 year experience in a chemical dependency facility preferred CPR and first aid certified preferred, if not - we'll get you certified!
