We are currently hiring two (2) full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for 1st shift . These are two separate positions , each with a consistent, set schedule. Position Details Status: Full-Time (2 openings) Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Schedule: Each position follows a specific posted schedule ; candidates must be able to work the assigned schedule. About the Role As a CNA at Well-Spring, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence as part of a supportive care team. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Document care and follow individualized care plans Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Follow all safety and infection control guidelines Qualifications Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry Completion of an approved CNA training program Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and professional demeanor Ability to meet physical requirements of the role Why Well-Spring?
