Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care needs.

Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. Assist in mobility and rehabilitation exercises as directed.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times. Requirements: Current Illinois Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license. High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred. Ability to lift and move patients safely and effectively.
