Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hands-on, day-to-day running and supervision of the on-site Café. You will be multi-skilled with the ability to lead your team, meet financial targets, adhere to company standards, as well as maintain a strong relationships with the clients.

Responsibilities\n

• Establishing and sustaining productive relationships with key client contacts
\n
• Meeting financial and operational budgets
\n
• Coordination, setup, delivery and breakdown of function services as required
\n
• Ensuring high standards of food and beverage presentation
\n
• Managing staffing requirements and rosters
\n
• Ordering and replenishing stock
\n

• Proven and successful background in retail sales
\n
• A focus on providing excellent customer service and a passion for great food!
\n
• Hands on strong coffee culture experience with Latte Art background, serving customers and maintaining site cleanliness
\n
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
\n
• Leadership skills
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Impeccable grooming standards
\n
• Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles

• Computer literate
