Cashier

BURGERHEAD is a new burger concept located in the heart of the West Village seeking front of house team members to join our team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Valid NYC / DOH food handlers certificate.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Distribute orders to customers.
• Count the register for opening and closing.
• Close out the register at night.
• Stock fridge and to-go packaging as needed.
• Maintain a clean counter space and make sure dining room and garbage area is maintained and kept clean.
• Communicate with cooks to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Provide hospitality to our guests that maintain or exceed standards set by management.
• Familiar with Toast POS is preferred.
• Experience in fast paced & high volume restaurants.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with guests and fellow team members.
