Designation: Student Success Manager (Counsellor)

\n

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: Graduate

\n

Working Days: 5 Days working

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, especially for European countries (Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, etc.).
\n
• Manage the complete admission process from counselling to visa filing.
\n
• Guide students on university selection, applications, documentation, and visa requirements.
\n
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
\n
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
\n
• Achieve admission, enrollment, and conversion targets.
\n

Key Skills:

• Overseas education counselling experience

• University application and visa processing knowledge
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
\n
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
