Producing weekly and day to day rotas for Clients and Home Support Team Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new packages Managing the rostering system for emergency cover and holiday cover Efficient and accurate use of electronic monitoring system To carry out detailed data analysis in order to measure the impact of high call volumes and correspondence against service standards Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year experience of rostering preferably in a care setting Experience in data analysis and feedback Availability for 7‑day working, including some unsocial hours Minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent qualification Excellent IT Skills An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role Closing date: 9 April 2026 TO APPLY: Please submit a CV and supporting statement to before the closing date.
