Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN) Location: Warrington Salary: £54,000 per annum About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN) to join a well-established and forward-thinking service in Warrington, supporting adults aged 18–65 with complex mental health needs. You will play a key role in shaping clinical standards, leading a dedicated nursing team, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.

About the Service The service provides specialist care and support for adults with a range of mental health conditions, with a strong focus on recovery, independence, and positive outcomes. You will be joining a provider that is committed to continuous improvement, staff development, and delivering care that genuinely makes a difference. Key Responsibilities Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care at all times Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance processes Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to reach their full potential Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals Drive a positive, inclusive, and recovery-focused culture within the service Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development Requirements Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong clinical knowledge within mental health services (18–65) Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £54,000 per annum Supportive and approachable senior management team Ongoing training and career development opportunities Opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing the service A positive working environment where your voice and ideas are valued Why Join?
