Mervyn Stewart is an independent group within the motor industry, our team continues to grow and flourish, and we have an opportunity for an experienced Car Valetor to join our friendly team inBelfast.

Responsible for the preparation of vehicles to a high standard. New car full valets, Used car full valets, Service washing and Forecourt maintenance. We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to the team.

You will also be required to move vehicles in a careful and efficient manner therefore a full valid driving licence is required. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard working, individual with meticulous attention to detail who wants to work and feel valued as part of a team.

In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible After Sales experience.

Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

About The Role

Main duties & Requirements:

  • Do you have a full clean UK driving license?
  • Is attention to detail your greatest strength?
  • Do you work well as part of a team and have the ability to take direction?
  • Do you have 1 years experience in a similar role?
  • Do you have the attitude to make it happen by driving the standard in customer care?
  • Do you take care and have a passion to provide a high level of service to our Sales andService Department
  • Can you maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Can you demonstrate an understanding of safety procedures and manufacturers' instructions/warnings for different cleaning chemicals.
  • Do you have good oral communication & time management
