Calibration Engineer

Job Description: Drive & lead the maintenance team to achieve the Breakdown targets, guide the Team Members and be accountable for spares availability Manage the overall Test Cell maintenance, equipment, test rig along with calibration of Instruments Related utility maintenance and service through efficient resource allocation, people management and internal coordination, Fulfilment of IMS requirements, Department 5S, Maintain Manuals and software Backups Conduct meetings for identification of issues which affecting targets and discuss the trends and best practices Nurture an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work, Train Team member to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong team EDUCATION: Bachelor in Electronics / Electrical Engineering EXPERIENCE: 6 to 10 Years
