London, Ontario's Apple Retail location is looking for a Genius Admin to join their team. This is a role that sits at the intersection of customer service, technical coordination, and operational logistics - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people get the most out of their devices.
As a Genius Admin, you'll be the backbone of the Genius Bar repair operation, keeping everything running smoothly from the moment a customer walks in with a device issue to the moment they leave with it resolved. You'll coordinate repair workflows, manage inventory, and serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the process.
About the Role: Genius Admin
The Genius Admin is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of customer device repairs at the Apple Retail store in London. This includes tracking inventory and orders alongside the Operations team, coordinating the customer repair intake process, and managing pickups for completed repairs. You'll also step in to complete repair tasks as needed, supporting the Genius Bar team during busy periods.
Beyond the technical and logistical work, this role carries a real customer-facing dimension. You'll help identify customer needs, present product and service recommendations, and ensure every interaction reflects Apple's commitment to world-class service. Providing peer feedback and contributing to an inclusive team environment are also core parts of the position.
Benefits and Salary
The base pay range for this Genius Admin role is between $27.61 and $41.45 per hour, with your specific rate depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. For postings in Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range; those with significant experience may be considered for up to the range maximum. Responsibilities
The Genius Admin plays a central role in keeping the Genius Bar running efficiently. From managing inventory and repair logistics to supporting customers directly, this position requires someone who can juggle multiple tasks, stay organised under pressure, and deliver a consistently high level of service. Here's what the day-to-day looks like:
- Plan and coordinate all end-to-end operational activities supporting the completion of repairs, including managing and tracking inventory and orders in partnership with the Operations team
- Assist with customer service issues including the repair intake process, finding appropriate solutions, and managing the customer pickup process for completed repairs
- Provide peer feedback based on observations on the floor and in the Repair Room
- Complete repair tasks as needed to support the Genius Bar team and customer demand, with an understanding of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems across Apple products
- Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, presenting product and service recommendations, and educating customers on relevant purchasing options
- Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences, demonstrating curiosity, and reflecting Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
Requirements / Skills
Apple is looking for a candidate who is organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment. Here's what Apple is looking for:

- Experience in retail, sales, or a related field
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (and French if based in Quebec)
