We’re Hiring: Executive – Business Operations
Join a fast-growing AI-led SaaS platform transforming how enterprise sales teams perform and scale. Trusted by leading BFSI, pharma, and consumer brands, the company is now doubling down on building AI-native products and intelligent sales agents.
What You’ll Do:
- Contracts: Track renewals, ensure contracts are in place, and flag risks proactively
- Billing: Drive timely monthly billing based on usage/contracts; coordinate with Sales/AM for dependencies
- Receivables: Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure collections are on track
- Revenue Forecasting: Partner with Sales, AM & leadership for accurate yearly & near-term forecasts
- MIS & Reporting: Own monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS dashboards
- Incentives: Track team incentives, highlight gaps, and drive performance visibility
