Your work environment at EXP
Based in Brampton, ON, you will be part of the Central Canada Infrastructure group and contribute to a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Sr. Vice President of Infrastructure
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Edit and format reports, proposals, and other technical documents
- Prepare and review proposals, standing offer agreements, and draft proposal documents
- Compose and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
- Perform administrative duties (data entry, copying, filing, document retrieval, meeting scheduling, and related tasks)
- Prepare client and proposal documents, including resumes/CVs and proposal tabs
- Provide backup support for other admin teams and divisions as necessary
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle from RFI/RFQ/RFP review to final submission
- Create, refine, and deliver high‑quality presentations
- Develop and maintain support material (boilerplate content, resumes, project sheets, images, testimonials)
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams
- Review financial results and prepare presentations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proposal and administrative experience, ideally in the Engineering/Consulting industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Project, SharePoint)
- Strong written English language skills in editing and proofreading
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Persistent, enthusiastic, and driven
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with CRM software, especially Deltek Vantagepoint (an asset)
- Flexibility to work overtime
- Team‑oriented approach to drive collective success

Salary and Equity
The salary range for this role is between $50K and $69K. Actual compensation is based on factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
