Business System Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Canadian Wealth Management expertise to support a major trading platform modernization initiative. This individual will partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze trading and portfolio management processes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Canadian Wealth Management experience.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, including order initiation, rebalancing, trade desk operations, execution, and posting.
• Knowledge of portfolio management concepts, including cash management, IPS, rebalancing, positions, market value, and performance metrics.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements with business and technology stakeholders.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve productivity, research, or requirements gathering.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid environments.
