Job Description

Business Support Coordinator / Administration Manager As part of Specialist Services, we collaborate closely with Primary Care, Acute Hospitals, Ambulance services, and other Sirona teams such as Integrated Network Teams (INTs). We work with the voluntary sector to support a pathway approach to managing long‑term conditions, focusing on collaborative working and knowledge development to improve patient outcomes. The Respiratory Service operates from 08:00 – 18:30.

This role is based at New Friends Hall, Stapleton, Bristol, BS16 1EQ, Monday to Friday, with travel required between Sirona sites. Specialist Advice and Support Services (SASS) core functions Clinical advice and support Direct assessment, treatment and intervention Education, training and workforce development Support of advanced care planning and end‑of‑life care Main duties of the job You will work closely with Service Managers and Clinical and Operational Leads to provide robust coordination across key areas of the services you support. You will have overall responsibility for the collation, reporting and analysis of all quality assurance data and key performance indicators required.

You will provide project management support in service redesign and the ongoing development of Specialist Services. You will manage the Respiratory Services’ administrative team, providing line management, supervision, training and support, and will support the Service Manager’s diary and meeting organisation. Person Specification Skills, Experience and Knowledge Experience in an administrative role with a high level of responsibility Experience supervising staff within an administrative team setting Experience working in a high‑pressure environment Experience carrying out regular staff reviews or appraisals, including working with staff to identify development needs Experience of complex data management and reporting Knowledge of Patient Information Systems, e.g.

EMIS Experience developing and managing databases Good understanding of health and safety issues in an office environment Qualifications / Training Minimum 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English or demonstrable ability in Mathematics and English.
