Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Medicine Division at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital for a permanent Operational Support Manager working 37.5 hours per week. The post holder will support the management of day-to-day issues in the division and will have responsibility for providing management and leadership to the administrative and clerical teams. The post holder will be responsible for the achievement of key performance targets in the division.
Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be well organised, enthusiastic with the ability to problem solve and will be committed to improving services for our patients and their families. Performance Data To support collection and analysis of performance-related data, using it to drive improvements across the team and the service. Streamlining Attendance & Development Oversee attendance management, ensure staff complete their annual appraisals, and coordinate mandatory training, ensuring the team is always at their best and compliant with necessary requirements. Collaborative Operational Support Assist the Divisional Management team with a variety of operational duties, helping to streamline processes, solve problems, and support the wider department's success.
Driving Continuous Service Improvement Play a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement of operational services. Actively contribute to innovative solutions that improve processes, increase efficiency, and ensure top-quality service delivery. Person Specification Qualifications & Education Educated to A level/NVQ standard or equivalent experience G.C.S.E.
