We are looking for a Business Management Officer

Main Tasks

  • Coordinate and manage transversal business activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between project teams, management teams, and operational departments.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of organizational structures, ensuring proper follow-up of actions, deadlines, and key deliverables.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between business teams, project managers, and management stakeholders, facilitating communication and efficient decision-making.
  • Manage internal communication activities, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of relevant information across teams.
  • Support governance activities, including preparation of reporting materials, monitoring of action plans, and follow-up of operational indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, business rules, documentation standards, and corporate requirements.
  • Provide support to cross-functional projects, including recruitment processes, financial follow-up, legal framework alignment, and operational implementation.
  • Prepare and update management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and project steering committees.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to operational workload, employee/customer feedback, and platform performance.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of deadlines, priorities, and commitments within a multicultural and international environment.

Main Skills & Requirements

  • Strong experience in business management, project coordination, and transversal activity management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and senior management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into operational actions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while respecting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor indicators, identify improvement areas, and support decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working in structured environments with governance processes, compliance requirements, and operational frameworks.
  • Fluent level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business context.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.

  • This role offers a gross annual salary between 31.000€ to 45.000€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
