Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development & Sales Partner role based in Greater London. The role involves identifying and qualifying new restaurant prospects, conducting product presentations and demos, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The Business Development & Sales Partner will build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and channel partners, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.

Daily tasks include generating leads, negotiating commercial terms, preparing proposals, gathering market feedback, and contributing to go-to-market strategies. The role also includes attending industry events, monitoring competitor activity, and reporting on performance against sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Background in Account Management and Customer Service to support ongoing client relationships.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners or resellers in technology or hospitality sectors.
  • Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality operations and interest in self-service technologies.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater London and travel to client locations as needed.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, or a related field.
