Business Development Representative (BDR) is required by a growing global company to support pipeline growth within an IT services and professional services environment. Responsibilities Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across multiple channels. Identifying and qualifying potential clients within target markets Building and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified leads Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems Continuously improving outreach messaging and engagement strategies Requirements Proven experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role Background in IT services, professional services, or technology sales environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple outreach channels effectively Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
