With a reputation for excellence, we deliver top-tier mechanical solutions in the union HVAC marketplace across the Cinnaminson area and beyond. Position Overview We're seeking a driven Business Development professional with a solid background in commercial construction sales within the union HVAC market.

This is a 1099, commission- only opportunity designed for self-starting individuals eager to grow their income based on performance. Key Responsibilities  Cultivate and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and union contacts.  Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial HVAC.  Negotiate and close deals aligned with company capacity and goals.  Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations) to transition new projects smoothly.  Provide market insights and strategic growth recommendations. Qualifications  2+ years of experience in commercial construction sales, with a focus on union HVAC.  Familiarity with the union HVAC landscape and strong industry contacts.  Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.  Ability to work independently in a commission-based, 1099 role.

Compensation Structure (Commission + Stipends) This role offers uncapped earning potential through a tiered commission on gross profit, plus fixed monthly stipends:  0.5% on $0 – $100,000 Contract amount  1.0% on $101,000 – $500,000 Contract amount  1.5% on $501,000 – $750,000 Contract amount  2.0% on $751,000 and above Contract amount  $100/month cell phone stipend  $300/month auto stipend
