  • Optimise Product Ranges: Partner with key accounts to review and improve product assortments, maximising commercial performance and brand presentation.
  • Manage Dropship Operations: Execute daily, hands‑on operations for selected dropship platforms to ensure an exceptional customer experience and consistently meet partner KPIs.
  • Coordinate Fulfilment: Coordinate with third‑party logistics partners to maintain optimal stock levels and seamless delivery performance.
  • Account Planning & Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, build joint business plans to meet commercial targets, and proactively identify operational risks and opportunities.

2. Process & Operational Optimisation

  • Enhance Efficiency: Partner closely with Logistics, Operations, Business Partner Service, and IT to streamline local setups, improve operational efficiency, and automate processes where possible.
  • Operational Initiatives: Undertake additional tasks, cross‑functional projects, or initiatives to support the evolving needs of the UK business.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Operational Expertise: Proven, hands‑on experience managing day‑to‑day operations across diverse business models, such as online marketplaces, dropship, and wholesale.
  • Professional Background: Strong background within an ecommerce environment and/or retail account management, ideally working alongside major retailers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A track record of working successfully cross‑functionally and coordinating with external partners (including ecommerce middleware tools, third‑party fulfilment partners, and platforms).
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities, with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges independently and quickly.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly self‑motivated, organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of your daily workload in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge of the premium lifestyle, homeware, or tableware market is highly advantageous.

  • Hybrid Working: A modern working model combining office‑based collaboration at our Islington showroom (Business Design Centre) with remote working flexibility.
  • Generous Discount: Excellent staff discounts on our premium Villeroy & Boch product ranges.
  • Pension & Healthcare: Competitive company pension scheme and health benefits.
