popter+ is a part of POPter Media Network, building opportunities across media, entertainment, marketing and digital content.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of experience who’s as excited as we are about building conversations, relationships and opportunities.

Someone who enjoys meeting people, understanding brands, spotting possibilities and turning a good conversation into a great partnership.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability

- Self-motivated and proactive

- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

- Good understanding of brands and the content ecosystem

- Comfortable pitching to brands, agencies and decision-makers

- Ownership-driven with the ability to work independently

- Curious, solution-oriented and hungry to grow

We’re not looking for someone to simply sell services.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build, pitch, collaborate, chase ideas and grow with us.
