Business Development Manager - Road Freight
Belfast | £42,500-£50,000 + Uncapped Commission + £5,308 Car Allowance
We're recruiting for an established international logistics business seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Belfast team.
This is a genuine new-business role, focused on generating your own leads, cold calling, winning new customers and growing revenue across an allocated territory.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in road freight, logistics or freight forwarding
- Proven new-business / BDM experience
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
- A driven, commercially focused approach
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
What's on offer:
- £42,500-£50,000 basic
- Uncapped commission
- £5,308 car allowance
- Company car potentially available
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
