The Role
This is a hands-on Office Manager role with real ownership over how the office operates day to day. You'll be the go-to person for everything from facilities and supplier management to supporting senior leadership and helping the wider team work effectively. It's a role that suits someone proactive, who enjoys variety, and who takes genuine pride in running a tight ship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.

  • Support senior leadership with diary management, correspondence and general administrative support.
  • Oversee office health & safety, facilities and equipment.

  • Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support HR-related administration, such as onboarding new starters.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries from staff and visitors.

What You'll Need

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
  • Comfortable working independently and using initiative to solve problems.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting HR or onboarding processes.
  • A relevant business, administration or office management qualification.

Why Apply?

  • Genuine ownership of how the office runs, not just a support role.
  • Varied, hands-on position with real day-to-day responsibility.
  • Based in Belfast, full-time.
  • Join a well-established, people-focused business.
