About the Role

Your mission is to establish, accelerate, and build Yogurt Kitchen's commercial development across Germany. This is primarily a Business Development position, with approximately 80/90% of your time dedicated to acquiring new customers and developing a strong sales pipeline while maintaining your customer portfolio. Your objective is to position Yogurt Kitchen as the preferred partner for premium hospitality and foodservice operators throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

• Business Development
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the German market.
• Build qualified prospect lists across hospitality and foodservice.
• Leverage your existing network and develop new relationships with decision-makers.
• Proactively approach prospects through networking, direct outreach and customer visits.
• Organise product presentations and tasting sessions.
• Negotiate long-term commercial agreements.
• Close new business and consistently exceed sales objectives.
• Customer Development
• Ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, general managers, F&B managers and purchasing teams.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to your clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
• Market Development
• Act as Yogurt Kitchen's ambassador in Germany.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitive activities.
• Gather customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of products, services and commercial processes.
• Work closely with the leadership team to support the company's international growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience within hospitality, foodservice, premium FMCG or related industries.
• A proven track record in acquiring and developing new business.
• An established network within the German hospitality and/or foodservice industry is essential.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on and results-oriented approach.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.
• Native or perfectly fluent German and professional English. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
