About Company: Dextroware Devices is an assistive tech startup that develops products for people with disabilities. Our head wearable tech product Mouseware, enables hands-free control of smart devices with simple head movements.
Location: Chennai
CTC: upto 6 LPA
Experience: min. 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive partnerships with institutions, NGOs, and organizations
● Lead outreach, client acquisition, and relationship management
● Manage end-to-end project execution
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for Mouseware
● Build and execute sales strategies tailored to different stakeholders
● Bring strategic thinking and innovation to scale impact, outreach, and revenue
We’re looking for someone who:
● Thinks strategically and approaches problems with innovation
● Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● Is self-driven and takes ownership
● Is comfortable with travel and fieldwork
● Has prior experience in business development (preferred)
● Has an interest in the social impact/disability sector (good to have)
