About Chat360
Chat360 is an AI-powered customer engagement platform helping 400+ brands connect with their customers across WhatsApp, web, social platforms, Voice AI and Agentic AI.
We’re looking for energetic, ambitious people who want to build a career in AI, technology and enterprise sales.
What you'll do
- Identify and connect with potential business customers.
- Understand their business challenges and introduce them to Chat360's AI solutions.
- Speak with decision-makers, conduct product demos and build relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales process.
- Work with the team to create proposals and close new business.
- Learn about AI, SaaS and enterprise technology while working directly with clients.
Who we're looking for
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is confident, curious and comfortable speaking to people.
- A genuine interest in AI, technology and startups.
- Target-oriented and willing to take ownership.
- Engineering, MBA, commerce or any graduate background is welcome.
