Job Description โ Business Development Manager (BDM) Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) Industry Preference: Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Gender Preference: Female Preferred Communication Skills: Fluent English Required Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales activities. Identify, approach, and develop potential clients in domestic and international markets. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and international sales calls.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively. Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development. Expertise in International Calling and Client Handling.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition experience. Strong Relationship Management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Logistics industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. 3โ5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or related industries preferred. Strong understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies.
